On Sunday February 14th at 1859 the Hillsborough Fire District was dispatched to Township Line Road for a reported chimney fire. Assistant 38 arrived on scene, established command, and confirmed an interior fire around the fireplace. Assistant 36 arrived on scene and took Operations. Assistant 36 ordered the crews from 37 and 38 to pull primary and backup lines from Engine 38 and stretch them interior, the Ladder 36 crew to split between the roof and interior, and Tower 37 to raise its stick in preparation for roof operations. The fire was extinguished and the wall was opened to check for extension with negative findings. All 36 units cleared the scene at 2156.
